iPhone7 and conversion of .mov files to .mp4

I´m trying to find a conversion app, which could be used in iPhone7 to convert .mov video files to .mp4. When I make videos with iPHONE7, these videos are .mov and far too large to be easily transmitted by e-mail e.t.c. Could someone recommend suitable app ?
