I can't install Mac OS X

if i choose location for install,says choosen disk is for backup disk !!
How i can cancel and delete all files and backup disk of my backup disk..
because in start i have choosen my own hardisk as a backup disk...

During the OS X installation setup you should find your way to the upper menu from where you can find an item called Disk Utility. With that utility you can erase the disk which you have determined to be for the OS X. The fastest way to do this is to go to the partition tab where you can create one new partition (the option for creating the new partition can be found from the volume scheme section). Then you should type a name for the partition (I suggest Macintosh HD) and then just press Apply. That's it!

Now you can close the Disk Utility, and again, determine the location for the installation (the partition that you have just created) and start the installation process...

I try to delete all data from disk utility but doesnt erase erase button is off !

Edit. New partion, GUID and journaled. Should work?
