I've used this for 3 years for Graphics Design, Video editing, webdevelopment and Photo Editing. It's the fastest version of the 2010 with all upgrades. The computer performs very well. I'm getting rid of it because I upgraded to a brand new 15inch retina because I'm doing 3D rendering so I needed as fast laptop as I could. I'm a "heavy user".

Theres some scratch marks on the bottom of it because one screw got detached and scratched it in my backpack. Also I've dropped in from the couch and that pushed bottom left corner a bit towards the end.

Few key-points:

The keyboard layout is ENGLISH. NOT FINNISH.
The Screen is higher resolution that the normal 1440x900 resolution. It's way better for design tools and so on.
Memory has been upgraded
Battery has been upgraded
CD-rom has been replaced with a second harddrive kit from macsales.com. In other words you can replace the current harddrives with 500GB SSD's if you really need them
