The Mac is in good condition and runs perfectly without problems, but as it’s a Late 2013 model it has the known iMac hinge issue which Apple was offering to fix earlier, but I never got around to taking it in. The hinge issue causes the screen to tilt downwards and doesn’t stay up when adjusted. An easy fix is putting a box or books in place to hold it up or buying something like this.
There’s also a very small chip in the glass (bottom right, but not touching or affecting the display, you can spot it in the photo).
